Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift is Taylor Alison Swift. Taylor Swift was born on December 13, 1989 in West Reading, Pennsylvania. Swift has been a singer/songwriter from the pop/country genre for the past 20 years. Her tales about romance and love at first sight are gaining her acclaim in the 21st Century. Swift's love for music started when she was a young age. From plays for children to performing before thousands, Swift made rapid progress. In 2011, Swift, at the age of 11, performed The Star-Spangled Banner during a Philadelphia 76ers basketball game. The year after that Swift began writing her own music. Swift took inspiration from artists in country music such as Shania Twain, the Dixie Chicks and now the Chicks to create original material which reflected the alienation she felt at 13. Swift was 13 when her parents made the choice to dispose of their Pennsylvania farm to relocate towards Hendersonville Tennessee. She could dedicate all her energy to approaching the country music labels that were based in Nashville.
